Errata is being maintained on the O'Reilly site
Because O'Reilly has a mechanism for readers to submit errata which allows authors to review, comment and confirm that errata, I would rather not duplicate the effort on this site. Here is a link to the errata page for my book on O'Reilly's website: http://oreilly.com/catalog/9780596520281/errata/. Note that there is a page of Confirmed errata and a page of Uncomfirmed.
I am keeping up with the submitted errata and even adding in some discoveries of my own. Please note that I'm finding a long delay from the time I confirm submissions to the time they appear on the Confirmed page.
By putting them into their system, the corrections can be made to any future reprints of the book.
